- Confidentiality of Opportunities: As a candidate, you may be granted access to sensitive information regarding our clients' internal operations or upcoming expansions. You agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of any non-public information shared during the search process.
3. Client Engagement
For hospitality brands and organizations ("Clients"), engagement with Willow Tree is governed by this document in addition to a specific Executive Search Agreement signed by both parties.
- Search Specifications: Clients agree to provide accurate role descriptions and organizational context to ensure the integrity of the "Brand DNA" matching process.
- Candidate Privacy: Clients agree to handle all candidate data provided by Willow Tree in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
4. Prohibited Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use any automated system (bots, crawlers) to extract data from our platform.
- Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the site or bypass any security measures.
